Find your captain, grab your shirt, and get loose. First pitch is at 9:00 sharp and the day only works if every team is ready on time.

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pool Play — Morning

Twelve teams, three pools of four, two fields running at once. Each pool plays a full round robin across the day, so every team is guaranteed three games no matter what happens.

Lunch Break

Our free concession stand fires up. Hot dogs, water, Gatorade — the classic NSWL spread. Take a breather and refuel for the afternoon.

12:30 – 4:10 PM

Pool Play — Afternoon

The back half decides seeding. Every run matters: run differential is the first tiebreaker after head-to-head, so there is no such thing as a meaningless inning.

4:15 PM

Quarterfinals

Top two from each pool advance — six teams into the bracket. Seed 1 & Seed 2 earned a bye straight to the semis; the other four play to join them.

5:00 PM

Semifinals

Both fields, one elimination game each. Parents and families are welcome — bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the atmosphere. Snacks, water, Gatorade, and adult beverages available.

5:45 PM

Third Place Game

The semifinal losers battle for third place pride on Field A. No consolation prize except bragging rights — and that matters here.

6:30 PM

Championship Game

The main event, alone on Field A with everyone watching. The atmosphere is electric. Two teams, one title. The crowd will be loud, the pressure will be real, and the winner takes everything.

7:15 PM

Awards Ceremony

We hand out hardware and celebrate an incredible day. Champions get crowned. Stories get started.

7:30 PM – Whenever

Celebration + Home Run Derby

Adult beverages for adults, pizza for the players (pass the hat). Ad-hoc home run derby, pickup games under the lights. The party goes as long as the legends want it to.

Format & Tiebreakers

Pools: 12 teams in 3 pools of 4. Every team plays all three opponents in its pool — three guaranteed games, win or lose.
Fields: Nobody spends the whole day on one field. Every team plays two games on one field and one on the other, and each pool sends three games to Field A and three to Field B.
Rest: No team ever plays back to back. Your games start at least 90 minutes apart, and most teams get two hours or more — eat, watch, heckle.
Advancing: The top 2 in each pool make the bracket. Pool winners are seeds 1–3, runners-up are seeds 4–6, and Seed 1 & Seed 2 skip the quarterfinals.
Tiebreakers: 1) head-to-head, 2) run differential, 3) fewest runs allowed, 4) coin flip.
Games: 40 minutes, five-minute turnaround between rounds. A bracket game tied at the buzzer goes to extra innings.
